Bill Shelley is our practice manager and oversees Family Optometry's business operations and technology infrastructure. Mr. Shelley's business development experience includes expertise in the startup and economic feasibility of new ventures, financial modeling and business valuation. His information technical experience includes application development, network infrastructure and project management of enterprise wide applications. He recently founded Milestone Business Consulting which provides end-to-end business startup assistance for optometrists, dentists, and medical doctors starting their own private practice.

Mr. Shelley received his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in Business Management at San Francisco State University and continued his education at California State University, Hayward where he received his Masters Degree in Business Admininstration (M.B.A.) with a focus in Entrepreneurship.
